Neue Studie von Ansgar Belke und Ulrich Volz zu den Treibern von Kapitalflüssen in Emerging Markets und Entwicklungsländer

Ansgar Belke and Ulrich Volz have published their study "Capital flows to emerging market and developing economies: global liquidity and uncertainty versus country-specific pull factors" as a German Development Institute Discussion Paper 23/2018,German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE), Bonn. In their paper, the authors investigate the empirical significance of push- and pull factors of different types of capital flows – FDI, portfolio and “others” (including loans) – to emerging market and developing economies The study is part of the DIE research project “Mobilising capital for sustainable development” which analyses financial system development and the mobilisation of private and institutional capital for sustainable development.
